The essence of Phlox teaches us the importance of being in community. Sometimes, this understanding can help us get over the egoic fears that hold us back from shining our individual lights.

When we work with Phlox, we might notice that we find ourselves in the right place, at the right time, to make soul connections. Life begins to reveal to us, through synchronicities, just how integral our unique role is (along with the unique role of every other individual we come in contact with).

Ask yourself if you feel like your unique gifts are being utilized. If not, find a way to give back to others from the overflow of what comes easy to you. Invite the universe to highlight how you receive that love back from your people. Note that it might be in their own specific ways.
