For orders within the United States:
Your items will typically ship within 3-5 business days and arrive at the rate of the United States Postal Service (standard shipping is within 5 days).

For international orders:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We understand that international shipping rates can vary, and we want to ensure that you are charged a fair and accurate shipping cost based on your location. Please note that international shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

We partner with USPS and UPS to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. We recommend that you track your package regularly to ensure timely delivery.

 

Lost or Missing Packages:

While we take every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you safely, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong during transit. If your package is lost or missing, please follow these steps:

Check Tracking Information: First, review the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. Sometimes, packages can be delayed or held at a local courier facility.

Contact Carrier: If the tracking status indicates that the package is undelivered or lost, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance. They may have more details regarding the package's location.

Report to Us: If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please reach out to us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Provide your order number and any tracking information you have so we can assist in locating the package.

Claims Process: In case of a lost package, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier on your behalf. However, the carrier may require a certain amount of time to investigate the issue.

Our Responsibility: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer. In these cases, please follow the steps listed above to investigate the matter.

Refunds or Replacements: If a package is confirmed to be lost by the carrier after the investigation, we will offer you a replacement or a refund depending on the outcome of the claim.

Address Accuracy: To minimize the risk of lost packages, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
