Guided Steams

In these sessions, we'll journey through the ritual of pelvic steaming together, working with tailored mediations to help you access the ancestral storylines that are ready for release. 

For the first session, please expect to spend 30-40 minutes together, to allow time to get set up dialed in, etc. Sessions following will be around 20 minutes.
