What are flower essences?

Flower essences are a vibrational medicine that works on our subtle body to create change in our energy fields. For this reason, they're most effective for spiritual and emotional concerns, like gaining confidence, supporting grief, or overcoming the fear of using your voice.

How are they used?

Flower essences are made as a tincture and can be taken a number of ways. The most common is to put 3-5 drops of the essence into your daily drinking water 3 times per day. You can also take the essence directly on your tongue.

How are they made?

Flower essences are made by mindfully harvesting flowers, putting them in fresh spring water, and letting them be infused by the light of the sun.

Because this is an energy medicine, the land the essences are made on, the state of the person making the essence, and the entire medicine making process is very important. Our essences are made with the highest reverence and appreciation for the land they come from.

Are they safe?

Flower essences are the lowest impact form of herbalism that exists. Because they are a vibrational medicine, there is no trace of actual plant matter in the final product, which makes them incredibly safe for all beings, including pets, children, and pregnant women. One thing to note is that essences are traditionally preserved in brandy alcohol. Although your dose is incredibly small, for peace of mind, you can select for your essence to be made without alcohol if it will be administered to sensitive populations.

Can I give these to my kids?

Flower essences are an incredible medicine for children, and, in fact, children respond at even quicker rates than adults because they're so spiritually connected. This is the perfect ally for supporting your kids' growth and development!

Each essence is made ceremonially with reverence. We ensure thoughtfulness in the energy we bring to the process and are met in return with a natural support from the land. The flowers used are largely grown in our own garden or wildcrafted on our homeland, Fairy Mountain, which is a beautiful expanse atop quartz crystals, abundant with butterflies, and blessed with love.
